This page describes how Coastal Beauties handles information on coastalbeauties.com today. It's written in plain language.

What we collect

  • Newsletter signups: your email address, an optional first name, the topic you chose (stories, creator tools, or both), which page the form was on, the time you signed up, and basic campaign tags from the link you followed (for example utm_source).
  • Partnership briefs: the contact name, company, email, optional website, goals, format, timing, budget range, and message you send us through the Work With Us form.
  • Conversion counts: simple first-party counts such as "a signup succeeded" or "the shop link was clicked," with the page path and time. These contain no email, message, IP address, or profile.
  • Abuse prevention: to limit spam, forms use a salted, hashed key derived from your connection that changes every day. Older entries are removed during later form checks. We don't store raw IP addresses in the site's own records. Our hosting and database providers keep their own short-term operational logs (for example, request logs) to run the service; those are separate from the minimal records described here.

Why we use it

To send The Coastal Edit you asked for, reply to partnership briefs, understand which parts of the site are used, and keep forms free of spam. We don't sell your information.

Where it's stored

Site data is stored in a Supabase database and the site is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Cloud). Only the site's administrator can view signups and briefs. The newsletter isn't being sent through an email provider yet; if we add one, this page will name it.

Other sites

The Shop is run on Fourthwall, which handles checkout and has its own privacy practices. Social links go to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Pinterest, which have their own policies too.

Admin sign-in

The administrator sign-in stores a session in the browser so the owner stays signed in. Visitors don't need an account.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop receiving email, write to coastalbeauties@gmail.com. We keep signups and briefs until you ask us to remove them or we no longer need them.
